Security at Talis Park - Greg Lampert - 03-27-2022

It has come to my attention that Kitson Partners need to address the inadequate perimeter fencing and related security measures behind the tennis courts. Recently, an intruder was on Talis Park property and according to the police report, had accessed the property where there is an fence that is easily hopped and there is insufficient lighting that would act as a deterrent. Serious thought must be given by Kitson Partners to alleviate this security shortcoming. A final note, all residents must keep in mind that the RAMOS security personnel are not to be considered a viable party to our actual safety as they can only observe and are not capable of much beyond that. Please be aware of your surroundings and your property and report any suspicious activity immediately by calling 911!
