Why is it that we have so much turnover with servers and bartenders at Talis Park? When you consider Chris, Erica, DJ, Gayle, Lisa and most recently Alana, these represent excellent servers that have gone elsewhere. The club will use COVID and the fact that other clubs are recruiting them but other clubs have been impacted by COVID and haven t had the degree of turnover. If Kitson paid them more than $10.00 a hour, perhaps people wouldn’t leave.
Turnover becomes expensive to the members. In addition, these people almost become family. Why isn t someone being held accountable for the turnover? It s worst than the local Taco Bell.

I couldn’t agree more. The folks at Kitson Partners are complete idiots. Weren’t they funded by some pension fund? We need to contact their investors and let them know what is going on here. They are just completely checked out from this community. There is no reason residents should have to deal with this type of management.
